Former Bearcats stars attend Cincinnati season opener against Boston College

Former Cincinnati players Jason Kelce, Connor Barwin, and Brent Celek will attend the Bearcats season opening game against Boston College on Sept. 5 at Nippert Stadium. Jason Kelce confirmed the group's attendance during an episode of his New Heights podcast. All three men enjoyed careers in the NFL following their time at the University of Cincinnati. Following the season opener, Jason Kelce and Barwin are scheduled for induction into the James P. Kelly UC Athletic Hall of Fame on Oct. 23. That ceremony will take place the night before Cincinnati plays Texas Tech. The team begins their season against Boston College this Friday at 3:30 p.m.
