Former Bengals offensive lineman Cordell Volson workouts for the Cowboys

Former Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Cordell Volson participated in a tryout with the Dallas Cowboys on September 9. The 28-year-old lineman entered free agency after the Tennessee Titans released him in late August. Volson missed the entire 2025 season due to an injury sustained during training camp. Before that, he maintained a consistent presence on the Bengals' offensive line for three seasons, starting 48 of the 50 games he appeared in. He also participated in three postseason games for Cincinnati during the 2022 campaign after being selected in the fourth round of the NFL Draft. The Cowboys are evaluating the veteran lineman as he seeks to return to an active roster.
