Former Browns receiver Luke Floriea attends tryout with Seattle Seahawks

Luke Floriea is participating in a tryout with the Seattle Seahawks this week. The wide receiver was previously waived by the Cleveland Browns during final roster cuts on September 4, 2026. During the preseason, Floriea recorded five receptions for 60 yards and three touchdowns. Despite his performance, he was not signed to the Cleveland practice squad following his release. Browns head coach Todd Monken praised Floriea's work ethic and outlook after the team parted ways with him. Floriea, a Mentor, Ohio native, played college football at Kent State University before his time in Cleveland.
