Retired NFL veteran Ross Tucker recently opened up about the personal impact of his 2005 release from the Buffalo Bills. Following his marriage, Tucker's wife had resigned from her employment in New York to relocate with him to Buffalo. The sudden roster cut created significant financial and emotional strain for the couple at the start of their marriage. Tucker spent two seasons with the Bills, starting 17 games, before recurring back injuries impacted his availability during the 2005 training camp. After his release, he moved on to play for the New England Patriots and Cleveland Browns before a spinal cord injury ended his playing career in 2008. He has since transitioned into a career as a sports broadcaster and radio commentator.
