The Arizona Cardinals added cornerback D’Shawn Jamison to their practice squad following a workout with the team. Jamison became a free agent after the Pittsburgh Steelers released him during final roster reductions. The 27-year-old defensive back spent the previous two seasons in Pittsburgh, where he primarily contributed on special teams and saw action during elevated appearances against the Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, and Baltimore Ravens. His professional career began as an undrafted free agent in 2023 with the San Francisco 49ers before he spent time with the Carolina Panthers. Jamison enters a familiar environment in Arizona, where he joins senior defensive assistant Teryl Austin, his former defensive coordinator with the Steelers. The Cardinals currently manage roster depth at the position while starting cornerback Will Johnson recovers from a lower-body injury.
