Former WWE star Carmella issues conflicting updates regarding her wrestling retirement status

Summary

Former WWE star Carmella provided contradictory information about her professional wrestling future on September 1, 2026. During an appearance on the Hot Mom S**t podcast, Carmella stated that she was retired, citing her responsibilities as a mother and her belief that she could no longer wrestle. However, shortly after the podcast was released, she contradicted those comments on social media. Writing on X, Carmella claimed that her foot has healed and asserted that she is currently in the best shape of her life and not retired. The comments drew an immediate reaction from fellow WWE performer Bayley, who publicly challenged Carmella to prove her claim. Carmella has been inactive from WWE competition for several years.
