Fort Cumberland Post 13 secured a close 7-6 victory over the Martinsburg Blue Sox on Wednesday at Memorial Field. Bryson Krumpach's bases-loaded walk in the eighth inning proved pivotal, following a dynamic matchup where Fort Cumberland initially led 5-1. Despite being out-hit 8-4, Fort Cumberland managed to hold off a Martinsburg rally that saw them score three runs in the eighth. Meanwhile, Berkeley Post 14 achieved a commanding 15-1 win over Potomac Valley Post 64 at Keyser High, scoring the majority of their runs in just the first two innings. In this game, Potomac Valley struggled offensively, managing only four hits.
