Four Lady Vols earn rankings in 2026 ITA tennis list

Four tennis players from the University of Tennessee have achieved rankings in the 2026 ITA tennis standings, released on August 26. Sophomore Rinon Okuwaki is the highest-ranked player at No. 40 in singles after transferring from Clemson, where she had a successful freshman season. Okuwaki and her doubles partner, Francesca Mattioli, are ranked No. 55 in doubles, while Maeve Thornton and Stefani Webb hold the No. 68 spot. Mattioli previously finished the last season ranked No. 36 in doubles with her former partner, and Webb joins the team after winning an SEC championship at Auburn.
