Four-star running back Keldrid Ben reaffirms commitment to Sooners

Keldrid Ben, a four-star running back from Montgomery (Texas) High School, reaffirmed his commitment to the Oklahoma Sooners on July 10, 2026. This marks a key retention for the Sooners as they build their 2027 recruiting class, which now includes 27 players. Ben has been committed to OU since December 1, 2025, and he shut down his recruitment after an impressive junior season where he rushed for over 1,500 yards and 18 touchdowns. He ranks as the No. 86 overall player in the class and the 14th-best running back according to 247Sports. Ben joins fellow Texas native Jakoby Dixon as a running back commit.
