Frances Tiafoe, currently ranked No. 12 in the world by the ATP, is preparing for the 2026 US Open semifinals. The professional tennis player grew up in Maryland with his twin brother, Franklin Tiafoe, training at the Junior Tennis Champions Center in College Park. While Frances pursued a professional playing career, Franklin competed at the collegiate level for Salisbury University before shifting his focus to coaching. Franklin currently works as a tennis coach and has developed a professional relationship with Hailey Baptiste, whom he accompanied on tour. The brothers maintain a close personal bond developed during their upbringing, where they frequently discussed their aspirations for the sport while living at the tennis facility where their father worked.
