Francisco Cerundolo joins Team World for Laver Cup after Tommy Paul injury

Francisco Cerundolo will join Team World for the 2026 Laver Cup at the O2 Arena in London. The Argentinian serves as a replacement for Tommy Paul, who withdrew from the roster following an elbow injury sustained at the US Open. Cerundolo holds a 3-1 singles record in previous Laver Cup appearances and returns for his fourth consecutive year. The tournament is scheduled to take place from September 25-27. His inclusion follows a season where he reached the fourth round of both the Australian Open and the US Open.
