Frank Brickowski featured in Lakers jersey history No. 43

The Los Angeles Lakers, in recognition of their 80th season, spotlight Frank Brickowski, who wore jersey number 43 during his brief stint with the team in the 1986-87 season. He played 37 games, averaging 3.9 points and 2.6 rebounds before being traded to the San Antonio Spurs. Brickowski started his career in Italy and debuted in the NBA with the Seattle SuperSonics in 1984. After his time with the Lakers, he went on to average double-figure scoring for the remainder of his career, retiring after the 1996-97 season with averages of 10 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.
