Frank de Boer praises Ajax defender Daley Blind ahead of return

Frank de Boer lauded Ajax defender Daley Blind as the club's best signing this summer, despite Blind missing over two months due to injury. Blind's tactical insight and leadership were highlighted as crucial for the team's performance. He is training with the team but will miss the upcoming match against Atalanta, with hopes to return for Sunday's game against Sparta Rotterdam. His absence has allowed Youri Baas to start most games at left center-back, raising questions about Blind's competition for minutes upon his return.
