Freddie Freeman prepares for playoff clash with former team Atlanta

Freddie Freeman is set to face his former team, the Atlanta Braves, in Game 1 of the NL Division Series on October 3 at Dodger Stadium. This marks his first postseason matchup against Atlanta since departing for the Los Angeles Dodgers after the 2021 season. Freeman emphasized his intention to treat this game like any other, despite the emotional storyline surrounding his departure. The series presents a chance for Freeman to lead the Dodgers against the Braves, who are coming off a strong season. The outcome will determine which team advances in the playoffs, with the winner facing the victor of the San Diego Padres-Milwaukee Brewers series.
