Frost lose Mae Batherson and Kendall Cooper to Las Vegas expansion team

The Frost have lost defenders Mae Batherson and Kendall Cooper to Las Vegas during Phase 2 of the PWHL’s Expansion Roster Distribution Process. Las Vegas announced on Saturday that it secured both players with two-year contracts. This follows the Frost previously losing forward Britta Curl-Salemme to Detroit. Minnesota has now lost its maximum of three players in this phase, while re-signing some of its key players earlier. The expansion process runs until noon Monday.
