FSU competes with Tennessee and Georgia for safety Ta'Shawn Poole

Florida State University is one of three finalists for safety Ta'Shawn Poole, a highly-rated prospect in the 2027 recruiting class. Poole, ranked as the No. 64 overall player and No. 5 safety by 247Sports, will choose between FSU, Tennessee Volunteers, and Georgia Bulldogs soon. The Seminoles have had a strong recruiting effort recently, with Poole being their top target. He has officially visited FSU and Tennessee, and predictions favor the Seminoles after his trip to Tallahassee. FSU currently holds 10 commitments for the 2027 class, with only one safety committed at this time.
