FSU football secures commitment from 4-star edge Meshi Dobson

Florida State University football receives a commitment from 4-star edge rusher Meshi Dobson, who has reclassified from the class of 2028 to 2027. Dobson announced his decision via social media, becoming the second 4-star recruit to join the Seminoles in two weeks, following defensive back Za'Kari Johnson. The 6-foot-3 prospect from Cypress Bay High in Fort Lauderdale tallied 72 tackles and 14 sacks in his sophomore season at Plantation. He chose FSU over scholarship offers from Miami and Syracuse, among others. Following this commitment, Dobson will enter his senior year with Miami Carol City before joining the Seminoles.
