Former Mississippi State pitcher Charlie Foster has committed to the Ole Miss Rebels, leaving the Florida State Seminoles without one of their key transfer targets. Foster, who hails from Snellville, Georgia, was also considering South Carolina and Tennessee before his decision. He will have two seasons of eligibility at Ole Miss despite a challenging 2026 season, where he posted a 6.69 ERA over 36.1 innings. Florida State has already secured one transfer pitcher, Cameron Suchy, to bolster their rotation this offseason.
