FSU softball adds ASUN Player of the Year Nicole Edmiaston

Florida State University softball has secured a commitment from Nicole Edmiaston, the ASUN Player of the Year, who is transferring from Stetson. Edmiaston had a standout season, hitting 23 home runs and driving in 70 runs, contributing significantly to her former team's success. This addition is crucial for FSU, which lost key players to the transfer portal and aims to strengthen its roster for the upcoming season. The Seminoles finished last season with a record of 52-10, suffering a defeat in the Tallahassee Regional final. The program remains active in the transfer portal as it builds its roster for the 2027 season.
