FSU softball adds transfer Ella Dodge from Tennessee

Florida State University has secured a commitment from transfer Ella Dodge, previously an infielder with the Tennessee Volunteers. Dodge, a standout in the transfer portal, brings experience from her three seasons at Tennessee, where she played in 120 games and recorded 46 RBIs last season. Originally from Bradenton, Florida, she also has played multiple infield positions and participated in back-to-back Women's College World Series. Dodge will provide veteran leadership on a young FSU roster and has two seasons of eligibility remaining. She is the second transfer added by FSU this offseason.
