Fulham signs Gonzalo Garcia and Cesar Palacios from Real Madrid

Fulham has secured the signings of Gonzalo Garcia and Cesar Palacios from Real Madrid on five-year contracts. Garcia, 22, scored eight goals for Real Madrid last season and has recently earned his first cap for Spain. He joins Fulham for approximately £34 million and will reunite with manager Alvaro Arbeloa, a former colleague at Real. Palacios, a 21-year-old midfielder, arrives after making five appearances for Real's senior squad, all as a substitute. Both players have contracts running until 2031, with the option for Fulham to extend by another year.
