Gabriel Pirani scored the equalizer for Los Angeles Galaxy in a 2-2 draw with San Diego FC on October 17. The Galaxy took an early lead when João Klauss netted a goal in the 4th minute. San Diego equalized with a penalty from Anders Dreyer in the 10th minute. Los Angeles regained the lead shortly after through Erik Thommy, but Pirani equalized again before halftime. Marcinkowski made five saves for the Galaxy, while Pablo Sisniega had seven for San Diego. San Diego has not won in its last eight matches.
