Gardner Minshew to start for Cardinals against Cowboys this weekend

Gardner Minshew is set to start for the Arizona Cardinals in their preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys on August 22. Minshew has been receiving numerous first-team reps and will likely play the first half alongside the second-team offense. The starting quarterback, Jacoby Brissett, along with other key starters, will not participate in this game. Head coach Mike LaFleur indicated that only a few starters on both teams will take the field. Following this game, the Cardinals have one more preseason matchup against the Green Bay Packers on August 28 before final roster cuts on August 30.
