George Gilson commits to TCU baseball from Flagler College

TCU baseball announced the commitment of George Gilson, a first baseman and outfielder from Flagler College, on June 11, 2026. Gilson, who had an impressive sophomore season with a.395 batting average, 13 home runs, and 34 stolen bases, will join the Horned Frogs with two years of eligibility remaining. He was recognized with multiple honors this season, including being named the PBC Player of the Year. Gilson had previously played for St. John’s Country Day School in Florida before transferring to Flagler, where he maintained a.311 average as a freshman.
