George Pickens shows growth as Cowboys prepare for preseason

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens enters his second NFL season with increased confidence after a breakout 2025 year, where he posted career-highs in receptions and receiving yards. He signed a fully guaranteed one-year franchise tag worth $27.3 million in April. In recent practice, he emphasized feeling more comfortable in the offense compared to last year. The Cowboys concluded their final full practice in Oxnard before heading to Arizona for their next preseason matchup. Pickens' relationship with quarterback Dak Prescott is expected to be crucial for the upcoming season, as they aim for a deeper postseason run.
