Georgia baseball has signed lefthanded pitcher Wells Grisham from the Baylor School for its 2027 roster. The Cleveland, Tennessee native previously committed to Pittsburgh but shifted to Georgia after assistant Luke Bonfield, a former recruiter for Pitt, joined the Bulldogs. Grisham had an impressive high school season, going 8-0 with a 2.54 ERA and 81 strikeouts in 44 2/3 innings. Head coach Wes Johnson noted the competition from other SEC teams trying to recruit Grisham, emphasizing his potential impact.
