Georgia baseball ranks first in college baseball transfer class

The Georgia Bulldogs baseball team holds the top-ranked transfer class in the nation as of July 4, 2026. Over the past month, Georgia has secured 12 players through the transfer portal, including former Florida State standout Hunter Carns and Gonzaga's WCC player of the year Mikey Bell. Other notable additions are Jake Hanley from Indiana and Naulivou Lauaki Jr. from Oregon, both of whom bring significant power to the roster. Following a successful 2026 season, in which Georgia finished with a 53-14 record and won the SEC Championship, the team aims to continue its strong performance in 2027.
