Georgia basketball schedules preseason games against in-state and ACC foes

Georgia basketball will host Georgia State on October 7 and Charlotte on October 16 for preseason games at Stegeman Coliseum. The Bulldogs will also visit Clemson on October 23, where they previously faced the Tigers in a narrow overtime loss last November. Tickets for the home games will be included with season ticket packages, and the regular season opens on November 2 against N.C. Central.
