Georgia Bulldogs offer scholarship to RB recruit Xander Edwards

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to four-star running back Xander Edwards from The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida. Edwards, who is currently a class of 2028 recruit, had an impressive sophomore season with 2,629 rushing yards and 44 rushing touchdowns. Ranked as the No. 17 prospect in Florida and the seventh-best running back in the nation, he has also garnered interest from other programs, including Ohio State and North Carolina. The offer came following his participation in a Georgia football camp in June 2026, where he had a workout and discussions with head coach Kirby Smart and assistant coach Josh Crawford.
