Georgia football adds second defensive lineman for 2027 class

Georgia football secured its second commitment for the 2027 class, signing three-star defensive lineman Marcellus Young Casario on June 16. Casario, a rising junior at Rabun Gap-Nacoochee High School, is 6-foot-6 and weighs 260 pounds. In the 2025 season, he recorded 14 tackles, three sacks, and a fumble recovery. He chose Georgia over several Division I programs, including Michigan State and Georgia Tech. Casario joins Waylon Wooten as the only defensive linemen committed to Georgia's class so far.
