Georgia football has appointed Matt Hibbs as director of roster strategy, a return to the program after his previous role as CEO of the Classic City Collective. Hibbs, who has also worked with Pathway Sports and Entertainment, will focus on developing and executing roster strategies for the team. His hiring follows the departure of deputy athletic director Steven Drummond to the Atlanta Falcons, emphasizing the need for a strong roster management approach. Hibbs will earn an annual salary of $300,000 in this position.
