Georgia football ranks in AP Poll top 10 for nine consecutive seasons

The Georgia Bulldogs football team has consistently performed at a high level, finishing in the AP Poll top 10 for nine straight seasons under head coach Kirby Smart, who assumed the role in 2016. Georgia has concluded the season ranked in the AP Poll in 21 of the past 26 years, capturing national championships in 2021 and 2022. Before Smart's tenure, the Bulldogs experienced ups and downs under coach Mark Richt, who also had a strong start but saw a decline in final rankings in later years. The Bulldog's impressive run places them among the elite programs in college football.
