German players fund bus travel for fans to World Cup game
Summary

Germany's players will finance 600 fans' bus trips to their final World Cup group match against Ecuador in New Jersey on June 25. This initiative follows criticism of inflated transport costs during the tournament, with train fares rising significantly. Initially set at $80, shuttle bus prices have now been reduced to $20. The German FA stated that the players are covering the costs due to transport pricing issues exacerbated by FIFA's decision not to subsidize expenses.
