Jürgen Klopp was denied a winning start as Germany coach on Thursday when Cody Gakpo volleyed home in stoppage time to salvage a 1-1 Nations League draw for the Netherlands who also had a high-profile new helmsman in Xavi Hernandez. Gakpo, who played under Klopp at Liverpool, cancelled out Germany's 33rd-minute lead from Felix Nmecha, who plays at Klopp's other former club, Borussia Dortmund.
