Ghedjemis prefers Monaco despite Besiktas' improved offer for winger

Summary

Fares Ghedjemis remains interested in joining AS Monaco despite Besiktas making an improved bid of €14 million plus €1 million in bonuses for the Frosinone winger. Although Ghedjemis is attracted by the prospect of playing in Istanbul, his preference clearly leans toward the Ligue 1 club. Frosinone had initially sought between €18 million and €20 million following their promotion and has turned down previous offers from Celtic and Rangers. Ghedjemis was omitted from Frosinone's lineup for the Serie A opener against Juventus due to distractions from the ongoing transfer discussions.
