The mansion features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a guest house, and a pool. This acquisition follows his trade from the Milwaukee Bucks to the Heat earlier this summer. While Antetokounmpo has previously stated a willingness to eventually return to Milwaukee, the significant real estate investment in the Miami area has drawn attention regarding his long-term future with his current club. He is scheduled to earn 58.5 million dollars during the 2026-27 NBA season and is eligible to sign a contract extension with the Heat by January 2027.
