Giants minor league affiliates adjust rosters as Dakota Jordan returns

The San Francisco Giants system saw significant roster movement between August 28 and August 30. Outfielder Dakota Jordan returned to AA Richmond from the injured list, while the organization promoted LHP Jacob Bresnahan from High-A Eugene. The AAA Sacramento roster received depth additions including RHP Ryan Slater, LHP Hayden Wynja, and RHP Samir Chires to address recent call-ups to the major league level. Sacramento split its three-game series against the Reno Aces, losing 6-1 on Friday and 12-2 on Saturday before winning 9-7 on Sunday. Additionally, the Northwest League awarded Eugene outfielder Cam Maldonado player of the week honors and RHP Hunter Dryden pitcher of the week. Prospect Jackson Flora made his professional debut in an unofficial bridge league game.
