Giorgi Chakvetadze departs Watford to join Udinese in Serie A

Giorgi Chakvetadze has left Watford to sign with Udinese in Serie A. The 26-year-old midfielder concludes a three-year spell at Watford, where he made 103 appearances. After returning from injury, he played in nearly all of Watford's Championship matches last season. Watford's technical director, Gian Luca Nani, stated that Chakvetadze wanted to explore another league following his time in the Championship. He becomes the 10th player to part ways with Watford this summer.
