Goatheads sign defensemen Emmett Serensits and Brandon Chabrier

College SportsThe New Mexico Goatheads have announced the signings of defensemen Emmett Serensits and Brandon Chabrier for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Serensits, who previously played for the Trois-Rivières Lions, and Chabrier, formerly with the Maine Mariners, are the fourth and fifth players added to the Goatheads' roster. The team's inaugural season is set to begin on October 16 at the Rio Rancho Events Center. Both players bring collegiate experience, with Serensits having played at the University of Toronto, while Chabrier completed his college career at Maine.
