Gonzaga Bulldogs prepare for upcoming season at FanFest event

Gonzaga Bulldogs women’s basketball hosted their FanFest on October 10 at the McCarthey Athletic Center in Spokane, Washington. This event introduced coach Lisa Fortier’s 2026-27 squad, which retains ten players from last season's roster that won the West Coast Conference Tournament and reached the NCAA Tournament. Redshirt sophomore forward Lauren Whittaker and sophomore guard Allie Turner are expected to lead the team after strong performances last season. Gonzaga has high expectations as they are the anticipated favorites in the newly structured Pac-12 Conference.
