Gonzaga joins Pac-12 Conference and learns tournament details

On July 1, 2026, the Gonzaga Bulldogs officially joined the Pac-12 Conference, marking a significant milestone for the athletic department. This transition benefits all 16 men's and women's varsity sports at the university, as they will participate in postseason tournaments within the conference for the first time. The Pac-12 announced that the men’s and women’s basketball tournaments will occur at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas from March 9 to 13, 2027. The top two seeds will receive double byes to the semifinals, mirroring the format of the previous West Coast Conference Tournament.
