Gophers secure commitment from 4-star prospect Isaiah Santos

The Minnesota Golden Gophers basketball team has received a verbal commitment from 4-star forward Isaiah Santos. Santos, ranked 77th nationally, hails from Texas and previously played for Seven Lakes High School in Katy. He led his team to a 35-0 record and averaged 22.6 points and 11.2 rebounds per game. During the FIBA U18 AmeriCup, he averaged 14.3 points and 8.7 rebounds for the Brazilian national team. Minnesota’s head coach Niko Medved aims to build on this momentum with potential recruits Ahmed Nur and Jaxson Davis on the horizon.
