Gophers track and field concludes season at NCAA Championships

The Minnesota Golden Gophers track and field team is competing at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, from June 10 to 12. Angelos Mantzouranis secured a championship title in the men’s hammer throw, adding to Minnesota's tally of 14 team points. The women's team also performed well, with Anthonett Nabwe finishing second in the hammer throw and Hadley Streit taking fourth. The Gopher women earned 13 team points, putting them in an early tie for the team lead. Upcoming events include the women’s triple jump final featuring Diarra Sow.
