Hakeem Butler, former wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers, is set to sign with the Denver Broncos. The 30-year-old, who was formerly with the Arizona Cardinals, had a brief stint in the NFL before spending time in the Canadian Football League. He performed well in the United Football League, earning Offensive Player of the Year honors twice and leading the league in receiving yards this past season. The Broncos are looking to add depth to their receiving corps with Butler.
