Hall of Fame umpires to be honored at state tournament in Mitchell

Brad Tucker from Rapid City and Paul Karst from Peever will be inducted into the South Dakota Baseball Umpires Association Hall of Fame. Their induction ceremony will take place during the South Dakota State Amateur Baseball Tournament in Mitchell, scheduled for August 5-16, 2026. They will also be recognized at the Hall of Fame banquet on November 1 in Flandreau. Among the 2026 inductees to the South Dakota Amateur Baseball Association Hall of Fame are Delwin Ochsner, Craig Mock, Wes Risse, Brian Relf, and Joe Maunders.
