PWHL Hamilton has acquired the contract rights to forward Peyton Hemp from the Ottawa Charge as part of the league's expansion process. Hemp, who had nine points in her rookie season, will join former teammates Brianne Jenner and Emily Clark on Hamilton's roster. The acquisition completes Hamilton's roster requirement of 10 players. Hemp previously scored in the Walter Cup Finals and has 123 points in 156 career regular-season games, contributing to her international experience with the United States at the IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship.
