Hansi Flick requests six Barcelona players to train separately

Summary

Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has instructed six first-team players to train away from the main squad on August 11, 2026. This decision arises amidst intensified pre-season training as the team prepares for the upcoming 2026/27 campaign. The players separated from the group include Marc Casadó, Héctor Fort, Jofre Torrents, Tommy Marqués, Toni Fernández, and Guille Fernández. The precaution follows the recent injury of Roony Bardghji, who suffered a torn ACL. The team's goal is to avoid further injuries as they finalize their roster.
