Hardik Pandya begins fitness drills ahead of Afghanistan ODI series

Hardik Pandya is scheduled to arrive at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru on June 2. He will participate in fitness drills and match simulations as he prepares for the ODI series against Afghanistan, starting June 11. Pandya last played in ODIs during the Champions Trophy final against New Zealand in March 2025 and is included in the squad pending fitness clearance. Meanwhile, the India Test team is training in Mullanpur for a one-off Test against Afghanistan, set to begin on June 6.
