Harry Kane confirms he played golf with Trump before World Cup match

Harry Kane, the England captain, confirmed that he played golf with Donald Trump in Palm Beach, Florida, approximately 18 months ago. The England striker described the experience as 'surreal' and praised Trump's golf skills. Kane's remarks come ahead of England's quarter-final match against Norway in the World Cup, where he faces backlash from critics for the association. Kraken’s club, Bayern Munich, was on winter break during that period, which falls prior to Trump’s second presidency. Ahead of their match against Norway, Kane expressed gratitude for the invitation.
