Hawaii prepares for conference matchup against UNLV at home

Summary

The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors host the UNLV Rebels on Saturday, September 5th, at the Clarence T.C. Ching Athletics Complex. Both programs enter the game at 0-1 following losses in their respective season openers against Stanford and Memphis. The outcome of this early Mountain West conference game carries immediate implications for the league title race. Hawaii looks to stabilize its wide receiver group following a performance against Stanford that necessitated a rotation of personnel. Conversely, the UNLV offense aims to improve pass protection after the offensive line surrendered six sacks and 21 pressures during the loss to Memphis. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. Hawaii Time.
